Location near to airport
I really had a hard time with this hotel. I booked a room on seeing the picture on booking. I arrived at 2am and noted it was not matching with the one allotted for me. unwashed beds, dirty rooms, very old furniture. I complained to the hotel staff and he told it was the right room that i booked. Atlast I decide to vacate the room immediately so went to the staff and told him that i am vacating. then he showed me another room which was matching the one that i saw in internet but still the conidition and cleanliness was not so good. so think twice before you book this hotel

Room service was very good and on time. Staff very pleasant and willing to help.
Need Ironing service. I was told to ring room service at 8.00am which i did and they did keep their word. Kept getting fobbed off every time i asked. They werent really bothered as they knew we were going to check out.
